Are you an accomplished Account Manager with a proven track record in client-facing roles within the pharmaceutical sector? If you're passionate about driving client success and have a knack for building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities:
As our Key Account Manager, you will:
- Own Key Strategic Accounts: Take charge of key strategic accounts, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships
- Expand Account Portfolio: Strategically expand and nurture existing accounts
- Provide Technical Expertise: Offering clients technical expertise and tailored solutions
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Management and Procurement
Desired Skills:
- Client-Facing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in client-facing roleswith a focus on building strong client relationships
- Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage key account and revenue growth
- Pharma / CRO Background: Strong background in Pharma / CRO industry
- Clinical Trial Exposure: Understanding of clinical trials / studies
- 5 – 7 Years Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Account Management
