Opportunity for an Account Director to work with an established agency based in London that are experts in healthcare communications.
They work on a variety of projects including content development/ creation, communication strategies, event management, social media, campaigns, event management, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day account lead for multiple clients, demonstrating an innate knowledge of clients’ businesses
- Demonstrate an understanding of financial forecasting and capacity planning needs for each client and account team
- Direct line management, including conducting performance reviews, professional development and promotion processes within the practice
- Identify opportunities for organic growth with existing clients
- An in-depth understanding of the healthcare communications landscape and an interest in the latest news/events
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a medical communications agency
- Strong experience in content creation/ development
- Strong project management experience
- Some that has experience and enjoys leading a team
- Be able to commit to 2 days working in their London office
