They are seeking an Account Supervisor who will have the opportunity to make an impact across their robust client portfolio which includes industry giants, as well as several smaller pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date knowledge on assigned projects and work collaboratively with internal teams to manage the alignment of objectives across the business and client base
- Serve as a lead for junior staff, providing them with guidance and mentorship
- Acts as a main point of contact for clients on relevant accounts, communicating needs to the wider business and ensuring objective are met
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships by demonstrating thorough communication and providing important strategic insight
- Participate in the development of channel plans and outline objectives and tactics in an organized and efficient manner
- Effectively communicate knowledge of emerging industry/market trends to account leadership
- 3 – 4+ years of healthcare PR agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Data Science
- Prior experience mentoring or managing 1-2 direct reports.
- Ability to travel 1x Quarterly to NJ office
