Responsibilities:
- Support a growing team of account managers; act as an approachable and knowledgeable team member with a success driven mindset.
- Manage a diverse range of clients, leveraging a strong technical background and stylistic excellence.
- Collaborate closely with scientific team to achieve client strategic objectives
- Schedule and lead meetings with key clients to align company goals and expectations.
- Oversee business development activities to ensure that client relationships are up to company best practices and standards.
- 3-6 years of Account Management experience at a healthcare communications agency is required
- HCP promotional advertising experience required
- Rare disease experience ideal
- Knowledge & experience within high-science brands is a must
