Meet is proudly partnered with an independent, full-service pharmaceutical advertising agency based in NYC! They are an expanding agency with an exciting office environment space, and as such, they are looking for equally enthusiastic individuals looking to work on exciting projects.
The business is hiring a new Associate Director of Project Management to join the team in NYC!
As the Associate Director, Project Management you will be responsible for;
- Coordinating all Project Management efforts across the agency.
- Support the agency with new business projects, department initiatives, and ensure all client work is on time and within scope.
- Providing training, mentorship, and supervise the workload of the Project Management department and direct reports.
- Attending client status meeting/select client calls when appropriate to proactively track and address key project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management in a Healthcare Advertising agency setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Proven track record showing the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
