Job Title: Director, HCP Marketing

Overview:
Meet has partnered with a dynamic biotech seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Director, HCP Marketing. This position requires an individual with a strong background in healthcare professional (HCP) marketing, particularly within the rare disease space. The Director will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of promotional campaigns and educational initiatives aimed at HCPs involved in the care of patients with rare conditions. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, analytical, and possess a deep understanding of both branded and unbranded marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall HCP education and promotional strategy, ensuring alignment with broader brand objectives.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of unbranded and branded campaigns, driving pre-launch and post-launch initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage external partnerships, including agencies of record (AOR) and other vendors, to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures align with strategic priorities and deliver maximum impact.
  • Champion a patient-centric approach, ensuring that patient and customer needs are at the forefront of all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on HCP marketing for rare/orphan and specialty products.
  • Experience in endocrinology and product launch is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and willingness to travel up to 20%.
