Meet is partnered with a highly regarded, globally recognized consulting firm who is seeking an aspirational, people focused Partner to drive new business development and leadership efforts within their life sciences consulting practice. This role requires a combination of unrivaled commercial acumen and leadership skills to efficiently grow the business within the Pricing and Market Access space. ***This candidate will ideally be in office on a hybrid schedule in one of the following locations: NYC, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, NJ, Washington D.C.***
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic mission of the firm in all aspects
Identify growth opportunities and assess market trends within pricing and access
Actively + efficiently pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new clients and cross-selling additional services with existing clients.
Thoroughly understand client needs devise effective solutions to successfully meet client objectives in a collaborative manner
Strategic oversight of projects, ensuring quality and completion in a timely manner.
Allocate project resources effectively.
Develop, guide, and lead large teams of consultants, serving as a role model
Skills Required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience within a top consulting firm, specifically within the life sciences/pharmaceutical/biotech sector
Deep experience in pricing and market access is required
Proven track record of successful business wins and expanding business across existing client base
Executive-level presence and communication skills
Leadership and team management experience
