Meet is proudly partnered with a top client of ours on their search to add a sharp and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to their ever-growing Client Services team. Our client, an established, privately-held, global Medical Communications agency is looking to expand their Client Services team due to new and organic business growth!

 

This agency has a reputable name in the industry, is widely recognized for their creative approach to Medical Communciations, and bolsters a client roster of blue-chip pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotech's! The team offer a full-service capability specializing in all things Medical Communications - Publications, Medical Affairs, Promotional Medical Education, Commercial Scientific Solutions and Regulatory - and working across a multitude of therapeutic categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture day-to-day relationships with clients
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Actively participate in various projects, demonstrating enthusiasm and proactiveness
  • Organize and manage project delivery, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients
  • Provide clients with a comprehensive range of products and services tailored to their needs, such as publications, events, strategic communications, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) programs
  • Assume line management responsibilities for junior colleagues
  • Demonstrate confidence and outgoing personality in client interactions
  • Enjoy taking on challenges and getting involved in diverse projects

 

Requirements:

  • About 5 years of experience in healthcare agency client services roles
  • Skilled in organizing and participating in scientific gatherings like congresses and symposia
  • Proficient in project management and delivery
  • Capable of coordinating multiple projects within an account
  • Experienced in developing client relationships and networking
  • Ability to mentor junior staff
  • Strategic comprehension of project and account objectives, contributing to strategic planning
  • Aptitude for line management and mentoring, motivating account and project teams
