You will be leading analytical method development and sample testing, besides providing mentorship to the analytical team. Job Overview:
- Lead in analytical method development, qualification, and method transfer with CROs/CDMOs - overseeing data, review/approval of validation protocols, reports, and SOPs
- Perform characterization studies for raw materials, supporting formulation teams in establishing control strategies
- Overseeing DS and DP release and stability testing including troubleshooting with investigations at CROs/CDMOs
Requirements:
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemistry and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience in method development across mainly carbohydrates and conjugates. MS with 8+ or BS with 10+ years of industry may also be considered
- Hands-on experience using U/HPLC, mass spectrometry, IC, colorimetric assays with industry experience in analysis of carbohydrate and conjugate analysis using HPAEC-PAD, HPLC/UV/FLD, SEC-MALS preferred
- Independent and self-starting work ethic, well-versed in regulatory guidelines and operating in GMP environment
