Meet is excited partnered with an independent, full-service pharmaceutical advertising agency on a new Social Media Director role with their NYC team. Candidates must be able to commute to NYC office on a hybrid basis weeklY!
As Social Media Director you will be responsible for;
- Conducting social listening research, uncovering trends across HCP and patient audiences, and providing actionable insights.
- Staying on top of current social media trends and evolving functionalities, understanding the application to highly-regulated industries and drafting agency and client communications relaying the information, impact and next steps.
- Partnering with internal teams including with Art, Copy and Medical teams to develop optimized social media content that adheres to channel best practices, as well as expected audience behaviors, and maintains FDA compliance.
- Asist with strategic business growth; working with department leadership on internal education of all departments, knowledge sharing and internal communications with the expectation to drive social media adoption making it a core competency of the organization.
Responsibilities;
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of agency experience, Pharma experience is needed for this role.
- Familiar with client FDA requirements, and having the knowledge of blending social media best practice to lead brief development, efficiently execute projects, and develop case studies.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively to successful completion
